Welcome neighbors! I’m happy to share that we’ve had a wonderful year so far! We’ve added several new board members that has made us stronger and we are all committed to doing the best we can for our neighborhood. I am truly honored to serve alongside this team.  

 

We enjoyed a fantastic pool season, with great weather and plenty of time for families and friends to relax and connect. A special highlight was our summer BBQ, which turned out to be a big hit—thank you to everyone who came out and helped make it such a success.

 

We also held another successful community-wide yard sale. It was great to see neighbors participating. Events like these remind us what a great and connected community we have here in Walnut Grove.

 

On the improvement side, you may have noticed a few projects underway. The sewer project and road repaving in the back of the complex are moving along well and are expected to be completed by early November. Although the sewer line does not appear to be connecting directly to our neighborhood at this time, we are monitoring the situation closely in case that changes in the future. In addition, the AT&T fiber project is nearing completion, and we’re excited to see what new offers and opportunities this may bring for our residents.

 

Looking ahead, we’re excited to welcome the holiday season. This year, we’ll be adding new decorations at the community entrance to help bring some extra holiday cheer to Walnut Grove. We hope you and your families enjoy them as you come and go during the festive season.
